GREAT NEWS! For the 1st time (maybe ever??) Concessions donations for this tournament will be covered 100% by the donations we have received from our generous sponsors!! A huge thanks to the following businesses for taking this financial burden away from our wrestling families during the most financially stressful time of the year!

**Paradigm Research Optics**

**Mac Electric & Lighting**

**Conduct All Electric**

**Ackerman’s Excavation**

As you probably remember from the parent meeting – we share the 12/15 event with Berthoud and we have our own club tourney on 12/22. We typically don’t host both at TVHS, but Berthoud ran into a scheduling conflict with their facility this year.

We need as many hands on deck as possible for these tournaments to be successful. Don’t forget, for every 4-hour shift you or a friend/family member volunteer, you will get a $20 voucher toward your tournament entry fees or any other club expense you may incur.

****Table help is usually the most difficult to fill because parents are either concerned about missing their wrestler’s matches or they are nervous because they have never done it before (been there!!) We will have approximately 15 TVHS wrestlers helping with tables on 12/15 and 20-25 on 12/22, so our plan is to pair up new parents with a HS wrestler or an experienced parent to eliminate some of that anxiety.

We can also have table help training before the tournament for anyone interested. We do our best to assign parent volunteers to their wrestler’s mat so they don’t miss any matches and we will have floaters that can fill in for parents if they need to step away to watch their wrestler.
